The Liaison Collaborative

A day or two ago (depending on where you live in the world) I did a quick post which included The Liaison Collaborative

Well, I’ve since had time to go back and look at some marvelous goodies available to you!

The Liaison Collaborative

This rather exquisite skirt and tank from Shai are available as separate pieces, and come in a brilliant array of Spring colours, although as usual I chose pink..

The Liaison Collaborative

This photo give you a closer view of the tank top and the slight sheen of the materials effect

The Liaison Collaborative

My hair is from Milk, and is called Poppy Seed. I liked it so much I bought it in both the blondes and pastels packs. It is rare to find good, short hair so this is definitely a treasure!

The Liaison Collaborative

This comfy little summer suit is from Peqe, and comes in a good range of colours

The Liaison Collaborative

The elegant Plisse skirt and Vena oversized jersey is from Baiastice

A Few Faves

I’ve been so busy recently trying to keep abreast of blogging obligations, I’ve found time at last to post a couple of things that I’ve found, which really impressed me!

A Few Faves

This little denim spring dress is from ORQUIDEA for the Flawless Hug the Earth cart sale. Just 50L during the event, then it will be released in the mainstore at regular price.

A Few Faves

This is the beautifully textures Adasia top, from Plastik

A Few Faves

And this is a *new* release from *Shai* especially for Kustom9, the Vicky Cropped Shirt. I’m also wearing jewels from Sax Shepherd Designs, which you can find at the current round of Theme Park

A Few Faves

And – what else would I team this new release with, except the spring jeans also from Shai? I especially enjoy the brightness of Spring colours with contrasting jeans

Vali by Miamai

Vali Myers (2 August 1930 – 12 February 2003) was an Australian visionary artist, dancer, bohemian and muse of the 50s and 60s in Europe and the US.

She was a flamboyant artist who worked in pen and ink and watercolour as well as being a dancer. She divided her life between her adopted home of Melbourne, the Hotel Chelsea in New York City, Paris, and a 14th-century cottage in her valley near Il Porto (Positano), Italy. You can see quite a collection of photographs of her and her work here , and read more about her here

Vali by Miamai

Monica Outlander, creator of Miamai, says “This outfit is inspired by one of my biggest art (and life) heroes, Vali Myers, a style icon for the bohemians of her time. “

Vali by Miamai

This outfit gives a hint of the rebelious and creative nature of Vali Myers. If you view her work, you will also see much of her style today in modern design. Quite possibly, many people who mimic her work do not even realise they are doing so

Vali by Miamai

Rather than imitate the look of Vali Myers, with wild long red hair – I have used a short bob that is new from Dura

And my coordinating shoes are new from fri.day, Sarah Sandals, available at The Seasons Story
