Soft drapery for the summer months
My hair is from Clawtooth at The Arcade. My skin as usual is from Ugly Duck
Arcade arrives again to the delight of many. Amongst the beautiful creations is a gacha from Rachel Breaker.
This is assembled in 3 parts – pants, top and mask. My boots are from the fashionably dead gacha. I love the fun of this outfit.

For anyone who follows the Secondlife news, you will be aware that materials began yesterday.
For those of you who don’t, this is what was announced:-
“Linden Lab is excited to announce the launch of the Materials Beta Viewer! This Viewer will allow content creators to build objects using normal and specular maps and will allow users to view the effects of this new feature set. The end result is photorealistic textured objects inworld.”

The thing about materials is that you will need to be utilising specially made textures to take advantage of it. There are few around at the moment however, as with mesh, there will be more and more as people teach themselves all about it. This will make for some amazing clothing, landscaping and building textures.

I love the (fairly) new innovation of loading a choice of textures into a HUD to instantly change a look. I came across two basic clothing items, although made by different creators, compliment each other very well by the simple flick of a HUD switch!
The top is the new release from DRIFT, Morning Tank. The skirt is a new release from HOC Industries, Wrinkled Pleated Skirt

It’s heading into winter rapidly in my part of the world. It’s rarely as cold as some parts of the world, but still is always a bit of a shock to the system with that first cold night below zero.
